The bees love our lavender this year!
It was a little bit of a challenge to remain calm yesterday when I was harvesting the lavender. I had many thoughts of them ganging up to attack me in revenge for taking their flowers, but, of course, I made it out alive and sting free.

ReplyDeleteI find something really therapeutic and calming about watching bees busily at work on lavender. We've got four huge bushed on the drive and I love the smell as I open the car door and it brushes against it.
